We do not store any personal information from children.

• We do not require users to create an account.
• We do not ask for full names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• AI Swing Analysis: To provide swing feedback, we use a third-party AI service (Google Gemini). When you record a swing, temporary video data is sent securely to this provider solely for analysis. This data is not stored by us, is not used to train AI models, and is discarded immediately after analysis.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our app is designed for children and families. We adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app:

• Apple iCloud: Used to sync your game progress across your own devices.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions and purchases. They collect anonymous purchase history to unlock features.
• Google Gemini API: Used to process video data for the "Swing Studio" feature.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
